All the flour I used is Organic flour sourced from Shipton Mill.  

I will be posting more information about the different kinds of flour, and the kind of  breads I make with them. ​

Because I am very interested in the nutritional quality of bread many of my recipes  use different kinds of ingredients, which may include seeds, nuts, dairy, vegetables, fruit or herbs.   I will be talking more about these soon.
