Saturday's market

It has been a busy month catching up on the fruit harvest.

So far I have harvested and processed Damsons, Apples, Pears, Blackberries and quinces.

Usually I would have had all my preserves for Christmas well under control by now, but because of this unique year I am only just finishing off on the last few chutneys.

I will be putting together some packs of assorted small jars which have always in previous years been very popular christmas presents.

I was looking forward to a good day baking for the Farmers market at Stone on Saturday - but the weather is likely to be quite poor. so I am only going to be baking small amounts.

You will find the details of what I am planning here. https://www.dianasbreadandjam.com/event-news.
